TITO ENRIQUEZ
(Capitan Ramerez)
Tito has made an interesting career as a professional swashbuckler
for stage & film. His forte being swaggering, staggering,
and "daggering", he has performed at several Renaissance
festivals, playing everything from sword-wielding gladiators
to knights jousting on horseback. His work also has been seen
in a score of international stunt shows, including the $15 million
"WaterWorld - A Live Sea War Spectacular" at Universal Studios
Hollywood, which he also directed. After a much awaited return
to indoor theatre, Tito appeared at Lincoln |
Center with the
Metropolitan Opera, "La Fanciulla del West" with Placido
Domingo, and "I Lombardi" with Luciano Pavarotti and
Samuel Ramey. At the Paper Mill Playhouse, he originated the
role of the evil Rupert of Hentzau in the world premiere of "The
Prisoner of Zenda". On a national tour of "The Three
Musketeers", he played a third of the title role. Other
Off-Broadway "cut & thrust" credits include Laertes,
D'Artagnan, Petruchio, Robin Hood, and Brutus (think about it).
Some of Tito's memorable musical roles are; Judas in "Godspell",
Charlie Dalrymple in "Brigadoon", Harold Hill in "The
Music Man", Billy Flynn in "Chicago", and The
Singing Mime in "Wife of Bath-Tales of the Decameron".
In his copious spare time, he's either running the Stage Combat
Department at AMDA, or after his 11 month old daughter, Zoe.
Special love to wife, partner, and inspiration, Alicia. Being
of Spanish descent, Tito is proud to be a part of this exciting
and much anticipated project. |
